What makes our Jewellery so special?

All our jewellery are made from the highest quality stainless steel, then plated with 14k gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). This new way of plating, is 10x stronger standard gold plating, is environmentally friendly and uses a vacuum coating process, resulting in an extremely durable finish.

This means you get jewellery that is more durable, waterproof, affordable and looks beautiful!

What do you mean by waterproof?

Cadena Jewellery is coated with a strong PVD coating, which means that you can keep wearing it throughout anything you do during your everyday life. The items will not fade or discolor even when exercising, swimming, or showering.

When will your restock you jewellery?

We are always working hard on making sure we can keep up with the demand but unfortunately this is hard to do.

How shall I take care of my jewellery?

You don't. Our jewellery are 100% waterproof so do your daily routine without having to take it off. You can wear your jewellery in the shower, to the gym and at the beach, they will never tarnish!

Where is my jewellery made?

Our jewellery is made by specialist craftsmen in Thailand & England. We work extremely closely with each partner to ensure we produce the best design with the best ethical practices.

Do your pieces contain nickel?

No all of our jewellery are Hypoallergenic and completely nickel free.

Will your jewellery turn my skin green?

The PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating on our items guarantees that you will not go have discoloration or fading issues with our jewelry, meaning no green marks on your skin ;)

How much is delivery?

Free delivery worldwide for orders over $100.

Free UK delivery for orders over £50.

For UK orders delivery is £2.99. All of our UK orders are sent using 1st Class Royal Mail.

For international orders delivery costs £4.99. All of our international orders are sent using 1st Class Royal Mail.

When will my order arrive?

If you have placed an order to the UK please note that standard delivery should take 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

For international orders delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Please contact customer services for further information.

Do I need to be in for my delivery?

No all of our Jewellery is sent in packaging that can fit through your letter box, so you don't have to worry about staying in for the delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally! We want everyone to be able to enjoy our jewellery.

For international orders delivery costs £4.99. All of our international orders are sent using tracked delivery.

Will there be customer and duties for international shipping?

Please note that unfortunately recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees. We operate on a delivered duty unpaid (DDU) basis. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

What should I do if I didn't receive the tracking number of my parcel?

After an order is dispatched, a confirmation email is sent automatically, from which the customer can track their order.

Please make sure to check your spam folder as sometimes our emails are accidentally sent there. If you are still not able to find the email with the tracking number, we kindly as for you to contact our Customer Support Team at:

What should I do if my delivery is late?

Delivery time refers to the number of days between the collection of the package from our warehouse and the first delivery attempt. This does not account for the order preparation time, additional delivery attempts, or the date or days available at a carrier pick-up point.

Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

If your order is late and you don't have any recent update on your tracking number, we kindly ask for you contact our Customer Support Team at hello@cadenajewellery.com.

Returns questions

How do I return or exchange my order?

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any items you may return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order unworn and unused, together with the original packaging.

*Please note that earrings and any other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

When will I be refunded?

Please allow up to 7 working days after the refund has been processed for the refund to be credited to your account. This is down to your bank or card issuer and is out of our control. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.

What if my received item is faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we will be happy to refund you in full or send out a replacement. Please send us an email at info@cadenajewellery.com and someone from the team will take care of it for you.
