How much is delivery?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 / £50. No hidden fees, no surprises, just great jewelry, delivered straight to your door.
For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply based on your location.
For UK: £2.99
For US: $4.99
For Rest of World: £4.99
How long does shipping take?
We offer fast & reliable shipping because we know you won't want to wait to wear your new jewelry.
UK: 1-3 business days
US: 2-5 business days
US & International: 5-7 business days (sometimes sooner!)
We pack and ship orders ASAP (almost always same day you order), and you’ll get tracking info the second it leaves our hands. Need it super fast? Check out our express shipping options at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Of course! The second your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can also follow its journey every step of the way here.
If you don’t see your tracking email, check your spam folder (sometimes it likes to hide there). Still can’t find it? Drop us a message, and we’ll sort it out for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide 🌎 because good jewelry should have no borders.
Just a heads-up: international shipping times vary depending on location, and customs fees (if any) are set by your country. But don’t worry, we do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you quickly and hassle-free.
Currently, the only country that has to pay additional charges upon delivery is Canada. We're working hard to avoid this.
Will there be customer and duties for international shipping?
All international orders include duties and taxes at checkout, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery. Apart from for Canada.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! If you need your jewelry ASAP, we offer express shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. Prices vary depending on your location, and you’ll see all available options before you complete your order.
Do I need to be in for my delivery?
No all of our Jewellery is sent in packaging that can fit through your letter box, so you don't have to worry about staying in for the delivery.
Returns questions
What's your return policy?
We want you to love your jewelry. If it’s not quite right, we offer easy returns & exchanges.
To submit a return/exchange please click here.
Returns: 60-day return window if your item is unworn, in original packaging.
Exchanges: If you want a different style or color, we’re happy to swap it for you.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within a few days.
Currently we do not cover the shipping costs for international returns/exchanges. We currently only offer free returns for US & UK.
*Please note that earrings and any other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
*Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss of items in the post.

When will I be refunded?
Please allow up to 7 working days after the refund has been processed for the refund to be credited to your account. This is down to your bank or card issuer and is out of our control. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.
What if my received item is faulty?
That’s on us! If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or not quite perfect, we’ll replace it for free. Just send us an email to hello@cadenajewellery.com with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
What’s covered under your lifetime warranty?
We stand by our quality 100% that’s why all our pieces come with a lifetime warranty.
If your jewelry tarnishes, breaks, or doesn’t hold up over time, we’ll replace it. No questions asked.
Your jewelry should last just as long as your love for it. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right!
Can I return an order with free gifts?
You must return any applicable gifts with purchases that you received as a part of your order and in its original condition. Failure to return gifts with purchases may result in deduction of its value from final return value.
