Do you dropship from China?

No, we don’t. All our jewelry is handcrafted, designed in-house, and shipped from our UK and US warehouses.

Unlike cheap dropshipped jewelry, which often contains low-quality alloys, mystery metals, and even lead, sometimes exceeding legal safety limits.

Can I return my Cadena Jewellery?

Yes of course. We want you to be completely happy with your new jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any items you may return them to us within 60 days of receiving your order. Including earrings if unworn.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally with free worldwide shipping! We want everyone to be able to enjoy our jewellery :)

Are your earrings lightweight?

Yes all of our earrings are lightweight whilst still being super durable. This means they're comfortable to wear, even for extended periods.

How does your jewelry compare to fine jewelry or other brands?

We get this a lot, and honestly? Our pieces look and feel just as expensive as designer jewelry but without the ridiculous markup.

Do your pieces contain nickel?

No all of our jewellery are Hypoallergenic and completely nickel free.

I have very highly acidic skin, will it tarnish?

No it will still not show any signs of tarnishing as we only use hypoallergenic metals which are less reactive to skin chemistry.
